Our maximum liability for loss of data, inconvenience or site down time is capped at RM1.

At Karuna, we offer two types of website maintenance packages. You can either subscribe for a monthly package to have your website updated consistently, or pay hourly for our ad-hoc service. Latter simply means that you are seeking a doctor consultation only after you are sick, which could be too late. 

Note other yearly renewal fees such as domain, web hosting costs, SSL certificate and payment gateway will be listed separately from the web maintenance fees.
