    Logo Design Terms & Conditions

    Both Karuna (WE, OUR) and the Client (YOUR COMPANY) agree to the following:

    1. Design Process

      • Our designers will create your logo based on the provided information. Please ensure all details are accurate before submitting the creative brief.

    2. Key Terms

      • Options: The number of initial logo concepts provided.

      • Revisions: The number of revision rounds included in your package. Each round takes 1-2 working days.

      • Delivery: Final logo files will be provided in AI, JPG, and PNG formats via email, more format for the higher package.

      • Project Duration: Completion depends on the selected package and timely client feedback.

      • File Format: AI, JPG, and PNG for the Startup package, more for the Business and Growth package.

    3. Packages

      • Different packages include different elements. Please review all three options before selecting one.

    4. Timeline & Communication

      • Expected completion varies based on the package and timely feedback.

      • Both parties must ensure prompt communication to meet the agreed timeline.

    5. Revisions & Satisfaction

      • If all revision rounds are used and the client remains unsatisfied, the project will be placed under KIV (Keep In View) status. Payments are non-refundable.

      • The client may choose any previously presented logo option for final delivery.

    6. Payment

      • Full payment is required before work begins.

      • Payments should be made via ATM or Internet Banking to:

    This agreement ensures a smooth, structured, and professional process for delivering high-quality logo designs.
