    Logo Design Agreement

    Both the KARUNA(WE, OUR) and CLIENT(YOUR COMPANY) agree to the terms and conditions as follows:

    1. Our designer will base on the above information to design the logo for you, please make sure all the information is accurate before submiting this creative brief.

    2. Client agrees to allow 5 (Standard) / 7 (Premium) / 7 (Start-up pack) WORKING DAYS for delivery of first draft logo design according to above selected package.

    3. Our packages allows a maximum of 2 (Standard) / 4 (Premium) / 4 (Start-up) LOGO DESIGN REVISIONS MAX according to above selected package.

    4. Each round of revision takes at least 3 WORKING DAYS to complete and feedback to the client.

    5. After the logo design is confirmed, our designer will output the final artwork as source file format (JPG/PNG) and email upload to the client.

    6. If client is unsatisfied with the logo design after finished all revision round, the project will be considered as a KIV (KEEP IN VIEW) project and the PAYMENT will not be refundable. Client may choose one of the logo from all previous LOGO OPTIONS, designer will output the final artwork as source file format to the client.

    7. All of our package requires full payment before starting work. ATM or Internet Banking should be only and made payable to KARUNA (SARAWAK) ENTERPRISE SDN BHD (OCBC BANK : 7601113257)

    Start-Up Package Agreement

    Both the KARUNA(WE, OUR) and CLIENT(YOUR COMPANY) agree to the terms and conditions as follows:

    1. Our designer will base on the above information to design the business card & web page based on the concept of your final approved logo design, please make sure all the information is accurate before submiting this creative brief.

    2. Client agrees to allow 10 WORKING DAYS for delivery of first draft business card design & web page design after final logo design is confirmed.

    3. The Start-Up Package package allows a maximum of 2 REVISIONS MAX for each design (2 revisions for business card design and 2 revisions for web page design)

    4. Each round of revision takes at least 3 WORKING DAYS to complete and feedback to the client.

    5. After the logo design & business card design is confirmed, our designer will output the final artwork as source file format (PDF/JPG/PNG) and email upload to the client.

    6. For web page design, customer will receive an admin login with first year free for domain and hosting.

    7. If client is unsatisfied with the designs after finished all revision round, the project will be considered as a KIV (KEEP IN VIEW) project and the PAYMENT will not be refundable. Client may choose one of the designs from all previous DESIGN OPTIONS, designer will output the final artwork as source file format to the client.
