Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibility:

1. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
2. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mobile app and website front end with Figma or other suitable tools
3. Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
4. Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
5. Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
6. Identifying UI/UX problems and improvements in potential client websites and creates proposals with Sales and Business Development team (e.g. responsiveness)
7. Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
8. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
9. Keeps up with latest design trend and shares new design trends to sales, marketing and tech team members
10. Provides UI/UX consultation to clients and internal technical team members

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Multimedia/Design Computing or related field

2. Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English

3. At least 1 years of working experience in the related field

4. Pose a strong design portfolio

5. Required skill(s): Figma, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator and InDesign

6. Effective time management skills
