Why choose us as your web design agency in Malaysia?
Our team is experienced and will guide our clients to the desired outcome. After the deposit is paid, we will start the process with a kick-off meeting to introduce our team, go through the industry standard such as Google requirements, and proceed step by step. Our clients will learn the rationale behind every step to ensure your web design investment is worthwhile. Training on how to update your website will be provided or alternatively, you can subscribe to our yearly web support package.
How long does web design process take?
Web design & development on average can take up to 5-6 weeks depending on the complexity of your project. Our process is stated as below:
- 60% deposit to be made or 3 installment payments with 0% interest via Atome only.
- Template selection & Kick off meeting.
- Client to provide company profile, contents, logo and images.
- Programmer proceeds the web design for client’s with 2 x revision.
- 2-hour training with video tutorial material given.
Are there any subsequence yearly fees?
Yearly renewal fees as below:
- Hosting – Place to store your website and data.
- Domain – Your website address e.g. www.ABC.com.
- Payment Gateway – Your online payment tool e.g. PayPal and SenangPay.
- Web Support – Outsource to Karuna to update and maintain your website. (Optional)
How much is the charges for the web support?
Option 1 – RM800 for max. 12 hr per year
Option 2 – RM1,500 for max. 24 hr per year
